Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice or packing slip.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
